Domestic EV Charge Installation

Our client contacted us with a request for an Electric Vehicle charge point to be installed at their home.
EV-Ultra Tufflex IEC 60502-1 Standard NYYJ type cable was installed from the rear of the existing Hager Consumer unit, thorough the building void and out to locate the Charge point between the Gas and Electric Meter enclosures.
A new Type A 32A B type Hager 30mA RCBO circuit protective device was installed for the new circuit and a 7KW UltraBlack, tethered mode3 EV charge point installed to include 1 No. monitoring CT on the incoming meter tails for dynamic load balancing.
All Tested, commissioned and the Hypervolt application demonstrated to our client, a Building control notification completed to cover the Electrical Installation Certificate as part of our NICEIC Approved contrcator scheme.
RCD test and Test notice, circuit charts delivered to update the installation details.
