Following recent innovations within the sector to provide EV charging equipment in accordance with Amendment 1 of BS 7671 (2020). We are please to now offer installing Zappi Charger units, Manufactured by myenergi, these can be a stand-alone EV charging unit or the can intergrate with an existing Solar PV and Wind generation equipment using the myenergi Hub to display your installation's Import and Export data on the Zappi's display and via the myenergi iOS and Android mobile apps.
Previously the installation of EV charging equipment could become cost prohibitive once additional works to install an Earth Electrode or 'Earth Rod' for the charger are factored in. As the Zappi unit includes Integral Earth Leakage Protection, there is no longer the need for an Earth Rod and the Charging Equipment can connected to the existing installation's Earthing System.
