Provide new LED Battens to replace existing Twin Fluorescent Light Units

• Spares and repairs of the existing lighting units deemed no longer cost effective and LED Battens were specified by Surveyor.
• The lighting circuits were Twin and Earth Cables laid direct in roof slab, these were to be replaced with a full surface metal conduit installation wired with single core cables.
• Consultation with the Asbestos Register found that the School Hall ceilings contained asbestos, All fixing holes for the conduit installation and other building penetrations were carried in conjunction with a specialist asbestos contractor.
