The project was a complete renovation of the Theatre's VIP Upper Circle Bar, Stage House Dressing Rooms and Office, the project was required to be completed complete in time a limited sixteen week fully-staged concert production of Les Misérables while the production's original home, The Queen's Theatre is refurbished.

The requirements of the project included New Sub Main supply cables to feed New Distribution Boards routed from the basement Mains room to the Upper Circle Bar, These provided new final circuits to supply Power outlets and a bespoke LED lighting & Emergency Lighting scheme.
