Client: CP Associates and Tanbry Construction.
Project: 2 phased extension to existing Building, Remodeling of original building
- Upgrade existing Three Phase Supply to new Intake/ meter point
- Install new Sub Main to Feed new Main Panel
- Reconnect existing sub mains to the original installation
- Provide new Sub distribution scheme for 1st, 2nd and 3rd phases of building works
- Provide final lighting and power for newly formed en-suite rooms, Corridors, Communal and Dining areas
- Provide controls for Underfloor Heating/ Domestic Hot Water system
- Upgrade Main Protective Bonding to re-located Gas, Water and new Steel Structure forming the new extension
